She undertakes project management activities. She has a BA in Oriental Studies (Arabic, Persian and Islamic Studies) from the University of Oxford and a Masters in European Studies, which she obtained from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. She has previously collaborated with non-profit organisations, carrying out advocacy and research work aimed at promoting and protecting human rights and democracy in various world regions.
